ITEMS NEEDED TO FILE FOR A 421-A TAX ABATEMENT

Items to be furnished by Client for Preparation of a 421-a Application:
_____ Provide us with a closing statement for the purchase of the property.
_____ Provide us with a copy of the deed for the property.
_____ Provide us with a copy of All Building Permits issued for the project.
_____ Provide us with a copy of the PW2 - Building Department New Building Application for the project.
_____ Provide us with a copy of the survey of the property BEFORE DEMOLITION OF ANY STRUCTURES.
_____ Provide us with a copy of the tax map from the title report. (This is a map of the block and lots)
_____ Provide us with two sets of the Architectural Plans with a letter from the Architect stating that the plans are a "True Copy of the Plans that were filed with the Department of Buildings".
_____ Have your architect provide us with a copy of the RP-604 which is a Request to the New York City Department of Finance for Tentative Lot Numbers if the architect has made such a request.
_____ Provide us with a BANK CHECK payable to the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development in the amount of $100.00.
