About Gary S. RosenGary Rosen is admitted to practice law in the States of New York, New Jersey & Florida, as well as the United States District Courts in the Eastern District and Southern District of New York and the District of New Jersey. Mr. Rosen has a broad knowledge of the law, and handles problems in a wide spectrum of legal areas. Mr. Rosen's practice includes Real Estate, Condominium Law and Offering Plans, Business Litigation, Lien Law, Construction Law, Wills, Trusts and Estates. Mr. Rosen approaches all of his clients problems or challenges with an analytical approach. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Bank, Finance and Investments, in addition to his Law Degree. Mr. Rosen has extraordinary experience in the development of real estate, purchasing and leasing of real estate and the construction industry having over twenty years experience. Mr. Rosen is an Associate Trustee of the North Shore / Long Island Jewish Health Foundation, which operates approximately 18 hospitals in the New York area, including North Shore University Hospital and Long Island Jewish Medical Center. 
About Nick Tsoromokos, Esq.Nick Tsoromokos' concentration is in real estate law. Mr. Tsoromokos works with the our clients, purchaser's counsel, buyers and real estate brokers to make deals come to fruition. Mr. Tsoromokos is a graduate of Queens College and Hofstra University School of Law. Mr. Tsoromokos is fluent in Greek and English.
